Under the hood, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 is powered by a Snapdragon chip, which not only offers faster performance but also increased energy efficiency, contributing to better battery life. Speaking of the battery, its capacity remains the same at 4400mAh, with no significant changes to charging speeds.
In terms of software, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 runs on One UI 5.1.1, based on Android 13, with several foldable-specific enhancements to improve the user experience.
On the camera front, Samsung has retained the same camera setup as in the previous Fold 4 model, disappointing some who hoped for new camera sensors or upgrades.
